A week after the Agra baithak, PSG convened the second regional planning meeting in Pune on 29 September 2019 — this time for the West and South (पश्चिम तथा दक्षिण) zones. Coordinators from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh finalised zone-level structures and the initial calendar of campaigns.
