Bio-remediation of Godavari River

In a landmark initiative, Paryavaran Sanrakshan volunteers collaborated with local authorities to apply bio-enzymes to a stretch of the Godavari River in Nanded, Maharashtra. The treatment targeted organic pollutants and significantly improved water quality within weeks, demonstrating that community-led bio-remediation can revive even severely polluted river stretches.
